Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Janine graduated with a Master of Physiotherapy from Curtin University in 2015 and subsequently completed a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy (Men’s, Women’s & Pelvic Health) in 2019, where she was awarded the APA award for top graduating student. She has extensive experience working in private practices across London, Perth and regional WA.
She is deeply passionate about delivering evidence-based, compassionate care across all life stages—from antenatal and postnatal recovery to menopause, chronic pelvic pain management, prolapse care, and bladder and bowel dysfunction. Janine is also a certified Polestar Pilates instructor, utilising clinical Pilates and functional movement retraining to help her patients achieve long-term recovery and optimal pelvic health.
Having represented Australia in gymnastics at the 2010 Commonwealth Games and the 2012 London Olympics, Janine brings a unique, firsthand perspective on elite athletic performance to her clinical practice. As a result of her sporting background, she has a special interest in working with both recreational and elite-level athletes presenting with pelvic floor dysfunction, empowering active individuals to return to exercise and high-impact sport safely, particularly after pregnancy.
Outside the clinic, Janine is a busy mum to two energetic little boys who keep her on her toes. When she isn’t chasing after her sons, you’ll usually find her running along the coast and training for long-distance trail events.
