The first 20 minutes of each class is an introduction to water for babies whilst assisting with gross motor development through movement in water and nursery rhymes. After 15-20 minutes, Mums return to the pool for 40 minutes for a fitness class run by a physiotherapist experienced in women’s health.
This is a wonderful opportunity to return to exercise safely postpartum and socialise with other mums in the same boat whilst your baby is supervised poolside by a staff member.
